Military Shipping Guide

We are proud to ship to all Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) locations around the globe. We proudly support the sacrifices of our service men and women.

How Packages are Shipping to US Military Addresses

All packages sent to US Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses will ship via United States Postal Service (USPS). They are intimately familiar with the ins and outs of military shipping, and have a complete internal shipping apparatus specifically designed to help treat (and price) these addresses as domestic US, even though they are often abroad in other countries. Government regulations do not permit third party delivery services such as UPS or FedEx to deliver to APO/FPO/DPO addresses outside the US. We will handle any required customs paperwork automatically for you.

Addressing APO/FPO/DPO Packages

On the checkout screen, enter the target US Military APO/FPO/DPO shipping address just like you would for a domestic US address. All US Military packages are handled by United States Postal System (USPS), and use the same address conventions for mailing anywhere else in the US.

Address Line 1 (Required): see below based on branch
For Army, Navy, and Marines – Enter Unit Number and Box Number

Address Line 2: Enter any optional command or organization name (such as SOCOM, USAG, etc.)

AA – Armed Forces Americas
AP – Armed Forces Pacific

Our staff will attempt to automatically correct formatting errors for you, and we may contact you in case of any discrepancy or problem. Please be sure the shipping address you provide is correct, complete, and up to date. We will make all effort to ensure that packages are shipped correctly, but we cannot be held responsible for packages delayed or returned due to an incorrect customer-provided address.

How Long do Packages Sent to US Military Addresses Take to Arrive?

Packages mailed to US Military addresses through USPS are sent to the local Military Postal Service Agency for delivery, and most packages will arrive within 4-13 business days of shipment. This is just an estimate however, and sometimes delivery to remote or hot red zone areas may take longer. Large Parcel Select packages may also take longer.

Notify Your Soldier(s) That Packages Are En Route

If you are ordering a package for someone else, please alert the addressed recipient(s) that they will have packages arriving, and at what address. Because mail is routed through their local Military Postal Service Agency, the soldier(s) may need to pick up the package at the local mail room or local military post office.
