User Agreement
By using this website and/or creating custom works on Bespoke Drip (or a subsidiary):
– You agree that you are the owner or legally represent the owner or licensee of all rights associated with the submitted artwork or plans, including but not limited to, copyright, trademarks, and intellectual property rights of said material. If you are not the owner you agree to submit formal evidence in writing from the owner of said material, at the time of submitting the artwork.
– You agree that submitted artwork does not infringe upon the intellectual property right of any other third party, nor does it libel or slander another third party.
– You agree that Bespoke Drip may release your contact information directly to a third party that satisfactorily substantiates and alleges unauthorized use of its intellectual property.
– You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Bespoke Drip (or a subsidiary) harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees), arising from or relating to your use of Bespoke Drip’s site and services, your violation of this agreement, or your violation of any rights of another related agreement.
– You agree that Bespoke Drip is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or special damages, including, but not limited to, lost profits, associated with any actions taken by Bespoke Drip pursuant to enforcement of this Agreement.
If you are in violation of any of these terms Bespoke Drip has the right to immediately terminate any service or contract.
Right of Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse manufacturing of any submitted custom works that we deem inappropriate. Whether this means racist, threatening, or inappropriate nudity without artistic context, we probably won’t create something overly obscene and/or abusive. This will be handled on a case by case basis, and if there are any issues with your order we will contact you immediately. In short, don’t be a dipshit.
