Depending on the item(s) shipped, we offer a variety of shipping options to ensure safe delivery. For smaller items this usually means using one of the large and reliable shipping services listed below. For larger and custom bespoke pieces (such as furniture), this may often mean building custom crating and partnering with a reliable freight carrier, which can be discussed at the time of your planned purchase.
All goods will be meticulously inspected and carefully packaged for delivery. Please inspect all items immediately upon delivery, and in the unfortunate event that something should happen to the package or crate during delivery, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt, taking pictures of the affected areas, so that we may take action (this usually involves us contacting the shipping carrier for liability reasons if something has gone awry). Please do not attempt to fix the item yourself without contacting us first. Please keep all packaging material as intact as possible for this reason, in the event that something needs to be repackaged for return or otherwise. In the event that something needs to be returned please ensure that the original shipping container is used where possible.
Domestic (USA) Shipping
We partner with the United States Postal Service (USPS), Federal Express (FedEx), and United Parcel Service (UPS) to offer a variety of low-cost shipping options for consumers around the globe, depending on the cost and urgency as needed. For larger furniture items we partner with other reputable freight carriers as well, to insure affordable freight delivery options.
Shipping to US Military Addresses

International Shipping & Customs Fees
We do ship internationally, and will work with whatever vendors necessary to get your special piece to you safely and securely. Depending on your international location, local laws, and the total value of the package, your parcel may be subject to local customs fees/duties. This is an unfortunate reality when ordering across borders overseas, but usually this is more applicable on large orders over a certain value amount, rather than small purchases. By law, we cannot ship your package marked as ‘Gift,’ so please do not ask us to do so, and please be aware of your local customs fees/duties before ordering.
Local Pickup or Delivery Available in Chicago
For clients in Chicago, we do allow local pickup of goods from our workshop, if prior arrangements are made. We also offer a delivery service in Chicagoland and the surrounding area, and this price is quoted on a per project basis.
